Try AI on a real job.
We take a task from your day-to-day production work and tackle it directly. You'll see what AI can prepare, where extra checks are needed and which work should stay with your team. The result is a process you can keep using after the session.

AI consulting for creative production teams
I've worked in many different production companies and agencies: in television, advertising, video and social media. You learn a lot of ways to work. You also see where processes become needlessly complicated or simply fail in day-to-day production.
Now AI has arrived and everyone is asking: how do I use it sensibly? There isn't one standard answer. ChatGPT may help with editorial work. Somewhere else, the useful change might be a better process or a creative tool for producing images, video and other media.
I advise production companies and agencies, run workshops and give talks. We always start with the team's actual work. Then we test what genuinely helps and how it fits the processes already in place.

My first AI agent: from experiment to second brain
One day, AI will run my company. Then I can concentrate entirely on creative work while Trix, my agent, takes the annoying jobs off my hands.
Getting there took rather more of my time than planned. Suddenly I was sitting in a terminal and programming. I had to learn how AI processes work and, first of all, how to teach an AI what I actually wanted from it.
I gave a talk about those experiences at GMKI: a practical account of the joy and misery of having my own agent. The room was full, and the conversations afterwards were especially interesting.
You'll find the next GMKI events at gmki.org.
